I stop for a small pin that had broke it on my watch, the manager in charge was extremely nice and helpful!!! he solved my issue.
After that great attention I brought an Omega for service and the result was EXCELENT, and again the manager very nice
I won't hesitate to bring any of my watches for service here

My experience with the Time Center was totally positiveI I will go out of my way to recommend this shop to my friends and relatives The atmosphere in the store was pleasant, clean and friendly Most importantly they were able to repair my 4 watches within a few hours of dropoff

I took my Movado watch here for a battery change, $30 later, my watch has water and condensation damage. I am very disappointed. I have been a long time customer. The owner does great work but who ever is filling in for him is incompetent and unable to do a simple task.
