Bought this beautiful necklace for my son’s baptism. It was exactly was I was looking for. My experience at the store was exceptional. I was treated with respect and care. I highly suggest visiting the Joliet location. They really care about their customers.

Justin designed an absolutely gorgeous ring, I couldn’t be happier, it’s exactly what I wanted. I have had so many compliments. We had the BEST experience working with Brad on a custom ring. We brought 2 rings with several different sized diamonds from a recent inheritance due to a death in our family. Brad designed us the most beautiful ring to honor our family and made it such a personal experience. He took the different diamonds and also added 4 saphires and a few additional diamonds to make it a beautiful ring we can pass on someday. I would recommend to everyone to work with Brad to do the same custom work for you. He kept us informed through the whole process with great communication. I don't write many reviews but had to share Justin went out of his way for my experience, found the stone I wanted had everything set up perfectly asked a few questions and made it so my kids and grandkids were thought of every time my wife wears her necklace. Will be back for him.

I can't say enough great things about Justin at this location. Our old jewelers closed and we were looking for a new one for maintenance and at this time a new anniversary ring. We went to alot of jewelers in the area to find one to call home. They seemed great but whwn I found a ring I liked but wanted it much larger he was like, 'let's have one made for you personally' he was so effortless to work with from design to keeping me informed and working within our budget to get exactly what I wanted! Thus day and age it is really hard to find such great customer service with someone that actually cares to make you happy. If you go there.. ask for Justin, you will be happy you did. Customer for life here! Thanks again!

My recent experience here was fantastic thanks to Justin Teliszczak. He is super professional, knowledgable, extremely understanding, and helpful when it comes to catering to my needs. He did a wonderful job of helping me find a set of earings for my Mother. He kept my budget in mind while still managing to present several options to me. I would highly recommend asking for Justin at the Joliet location!

Justin was very helpful and the staff there helped me replace the diamond in my wife's engagement ring. They were courteous and i got the ring completed faster than anticipated. My wife loved the new diamong and setting.

Brad, the manager, is very sincere. I dropped off my Citizen watch for repair on February 19th and was alerted May 5th that my watch was lost in the mail, literally. The watch meant a lot to me as my son has a matching one. Brad did everything he could to rectify the situation and replaced it with a great Citizen watch. Unfortunately it wasn’t the one I had but he did the very best he could as mine was no longer produced. I absolutely do recommend this store. Thank you.
