I went in here to buy some Harry Potter decor for my tree. The two employees were very rude. Didn't greet me or ask if I needed anything. They stayed in the front and were talking to each other. The lady's seemed to careless. I left there went to another Hallmark store and spent a good amount of money.

I’ve been a “Crown Rewards” member for several years. Today I am done with Hallmark and their overpriced merchandise!! I picked out my monthly supposed “free Just Because” card took it to the register. The very cranky cashier had NO customer service skills. She demanded a coupon for it which I tried to find. Also, she said “ We don’t cash in points here you HAVE to go on the website.”

Guess what I don’t HAVE to do anything! From now on I will buy American greetings and products only.

My guess is that little overpriced Hallmark store will go the way of the Bed, Bath, and Beyond next to them. They TOO were not willing to give discounts or coupons. Bye, bye jobs idiots. Hallmark is overpriced enough they can afford to be nice to customers and give a small discount.

This is a great Hallmark Shop. It has a great selection of products. All excellent quality. The staff here is top notch well trained, helpful and friendly. We always enjoy visiting and shopping here.

Had a wonderful time in this store. The employee was very friendly and patient with my four and two year old. And I was there to pick up an online order of two books. But online it said one book wasn’t in stock. However when I got there it was. They were quick to work it out for me so I could take both books home Instead of making a second trip when the other book would have came in. Super helpful and greatly appreciated their willingness to help. Would recommend to all my friends.
