I had a great experience purchasing a wedding band! I've been married for 6 years but experienced skin allergies with my first engagement/wedding ring. I got a new engagement ring in a different type of metal through Reis Nichols in 2022 but had to hold off on a band. I needed to get my ring resized after a couple years and was ready to get a band to go with it. I worked with Julie on getting my ring resized and mentioned I wanted to look at bands. After a few weeks of looking at my options, Julie sold me on a STUNNING band that compliments my ring beautifully. I was a bit concerned about the price at first because it was more expensive than I thought it would be, but Julie was very thorough and transparent in walking me through every detail of the "why" behind the cost. After doing additional research and looking at other options, it was clear that it was the right choice. The ring had to be custom made to match the metal of my existing ring, so I knew from the beginning that the process would take longer. I wasn't in a rush and had no problem waiting, but Julie kept me updated throughout the process and let me know as soon as it was ready to be picked up. The result is absolutely gorgeous; even better than I envisioned when I started looking for my dream band!

I was clueless of the process of buying jewelry going in and not sure what everything means when talking about diamonds. Adam did a great job helping me figure out what would work with my budget and his knowledge of everything helped tremendously! Definitely would go back to him for more jewelry! The store was very clean and treated me amazingly even coming in dirty from work didn’t treat me like I wasn’t supposed to be there! All staff I talked to was happy to help and made me feel like I was welcome!

I’ve only had great experiences with Reis-Nichols. Adam was great to us as I had to have a custom wedding band. Jenny also tried helping us find something that would fit my low basket, but Adam saw us through. He was very descriptive and thorough, especially when diving into the customization process. He saw my vision to completion and I’m so happy with my ring!

We had the pleasure of working with Adam L today to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring. He started off by making the experience about us, and what we wanted and not pushing product onto us. He was very respectful and willing to make it an experience not a sale. For any future purchases, we will definitely be going back to see Adam L at Reis-Nichols!

Head's up, you'll probably wind up buying an engagement ring if you walk in here. My fiancé stated she just "wanted to walk in & out of Reis-Nichols real quick" while we were ring shopping last Saturday, but we wound up finding the perfect ring for her less than an hour later. We really enjoyed chatting with Adam Leath after we arrived. He narrowed down the style & type of ring my fiancé wanted to have, showed us a wide variety of rings & diamonds that were available, and then made our dream a reality by having it ready to go by the end of the day (We planned on telling our families about our engagement the next day, but didn't know it could sometimes take a few days to get the ring ready ?). Adam really did save the day for us. 10 out of 10, definitely would recommend ?

I stopped by the Reis-Nichols Greenwood store to look at watches. Adam Leath spent a substantial amount of time pleasantly explaining price points and features of the extensive selection of makes Reis carries. Thanks to Adam, I feel confident I can buy the right watch for me.

10 out 10 *Anyone looking for a place to take your high end watches to on the Southside this is the ONLY PLACE to go! Michael the store manager took excellent care of me when I came in with my Cartier watch for a new band. The watchmaker was off today and Michael personally assisted me while I waited and my experience could not have been better. Love the new remodel and would highly recommend this place.
