We had Evan help us today in the store after searching for a specific T-Shirt all over the mall. He was literally one of the kindest, most motivated and sweetest people that I, or we, have ever met. He was soooo helpful and informing and offered all the options the store had to offer. He was so on top of everything. As we came into the store we were greeted so nice and warm, Evan was so friendly and brought light to the store. He is absolutely one of the best sales assistants we ever met and he is definitely THE reason we will come back to the store in no time ?

Words cannot describe how great my experience here was, if you’re looking for superb customer service then this is the place to go! The two female managers got my kids and I completely fitted out with the most insane drip! The wife couldn’t have been more surprised when we came home! Apparently the brand “Cookies” is what all the kids are wearing these days, these girls made me feel young again!

Non existent customer service. I stopped into the Davenport IA store at Northpark Mall Monday night and the employees were too busy on their phones to even look up and greet me.

The store was clean and cool with a lot of great apparel. I wanted a jacket but nobody was available to help me get it off a higher shelf. I just went home and ordered online.

The online store had the same apparel and was easy to navigate. Selection and ease of use are why I'm giving a second star. I wouldn't waste my time at the brick and mortar store.

Manager is extremely rude, and is often skateboarding around the store instead of greeting and assisting his customers. My friend once knocked over some shoes on the shelf and upon us attempting to put them back, he snatched them out of my friends hand and yelled at them for knocking them over. Overall we had a horrible experience, very unwelcome environment on more than one occasion. I have spent thousands here over the coarse of years but in light of this I will not be returning again. If he treats his costumers this badly, I can only imagine what hell he puts his employees through. Would rate 0 stars if it was possible.

Overall a pretty good store to shop at. They always have a good selection of Nike Stefan Janoskis. Good place for that sort of thing.

The service has been kind of hit or miss, some employees have been helpful and some couldn't care less. Recently one employee helped me find the shoes I was looking for and even offered me a special deal, which was super cool.

I received an order from another store for two shoes that didn’t match. I called Davenport store because I thought the online order came from them but it did not. The manager was so helpful even though this order didn’t come from them at helping me solve my problems to get a new pair of shoes from the company. I have an online business selling custom converse shoes so I really pride myself on customer service and I can say this manager went above and beyond to help me and I very much appreciate it! 5 stars!

First time visit here. Was happily surprised by variety and low to moderate pricing. If it is available in a brick and morter store- they will have it. Lots of different sizes also.Employees were both helpful and friendly- not the stalking kind some stores have. Will be back.
