Fran is amazing! I sat with her & my boyfriend (at the time), to look at different rings. I told her my likes and dislikes, when he was ready he went back & she helped him pick out the perfect ring for me based on all my likes! All the girls there are super sweet, they always greet us with a smile and the store is always nice and tidy. 10 stars if I could!

Atianna was great to work with. I highly recommend buying jewelry here. She was very professional and kind. She helped me pick the perfect ring out for my future wife. 5 stars

I was in Illinois on a job & decided to go into the zales on one of my days off to see if they had a ring my gf was wanting. I ended up getting Angie as my sales person & she was absolutely amazing as was the other staff members that were there that day. I was not totally sure if I was going to purchase anything for sure at the moment but she told me no rush & to take my time. She was very helpful & when I found a different ring my gf liked she did all she could to make sure the ring I would end up with in the end would be a ring my gf would love. She also came up with a really great way of choosing a diamond size & seeing what it would look like with a different ring band I decided to go with. I ended up having the ring custom made & once we finalized everything & I left the store she kept me informed on the status of the ring & since I was traveling for work she even made sure it got to whatever store I needed it to be shipped to when I got sent back home. I would definitely recommend this store & I couldn't of asked for a better group of people to help me with my purchase.

Can't say enough about Angela and the team at Zales! Was able to get a ring and resized in such a tight deadline. Angela took it upon herself to take time out of her personal time to go and pick up the ring from the repair shop to get it to us in time! Thank you!

Fran is a great manager and I appreciate her team. They helped me out to look marvelous with my jewelry collection. I had lots of fun spending my money with them. I encourage everyone to to go to zales and asked for Fran and her crew!
