Received a beautiful ring as a gift that was sadly too small. Called around for resizing options and was told it would be several weeks before my ring would be returned. Called Woodridge, and was told a few days. Dropped it off and was called back SAME DAY to pick up my ring. I went too small again on the resizing (felt uncomfortable on my finger), called and the owner fixed it again, same day. And didn't charge for the second resizing.10/10 recommend.

I bought some beautiful black pearl earrings and a black pearl bracelet from this store at an awesome price, and last week had some links removed from a new watch that I had not bought there. The links were difficult to remove, but the salesman (the same one who sold me the pearls) was patient, recommended how many links to remove, and then had to put one back in (little wrists). And for all that time and effort still charged me the standard price. I needed my pearls restrung on a necklace and was quoted two prices based on the way I wanted it done. The necklace was finished that night, but I’ve forgotten to pick it up so I’ll get it Monday, and I know it will be beautiful. The jeweler and the salesman know their business, and they’re charging standard prices, while providing excellent service with a pleasant demeanor. I work in a type of customer service capacity, and the salesman is excellent. I stumbled on a gem of a store, and highly recommend them.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I went to Wooldridge Jeweler's to have my brand new wedding ring sized. I originally thought it had been purchased there. I asked the clerk about how much it would cost? I thought and said about $20 to $30 cause I'd gone before to have a ring repaired. He told me he'd have the jeweller call me. I got a call from the jeweller the next day telling me me ring was ready. I was thrilled! Then he told me it was going to be $159.00!!!! If I'd known how much in advance I would NEVER have let them touch it!!! There's other places I could have taken the(most likely. LAST gift my husband, who has colon cancer) beautiful ring I was cherishing and wanted on my finger!!!!!! I'm disappointed and disgusted with this store!!! I may not be able to afford to get this gift because of a greedy jewelry shop owner!!! SHAMELESS!!!!

My Husband and I got my engagement ring from here and I am beyond glad we did. I love more than anything that it is not a highly manufactured piece I'll find on the hands of many other women who chose the big chain "jewelers'. Not to mention, it pairs beautifully with my great-grandmother's wedding band from 1923.
EXCELLENT customer service, prices and experience. Highly recommend Wooldridge Jewelers!

Hands down best place ever! Kind employees, and amazing service! I dropped my ring off one days to be sized and had it back the NEXT day! I know this isn't typical timing, but it sure was appreciated!

It's a pawn shop for crooks who need to sell stolen jewelry for quick smelting.
