Being a novice with plumbing and electrical but can fix some things around the house this is a good place to go as they know way more than I. I tell them what I am working on and how I plan to repair it. They will either confirm that's a good idea or, they may suggest another way and what to use or how one should go about it as with anyone it depends on how you talk to them and treat them. I've done quite a bit of business here and I will keep going back whenever I need to repair or replace something that they carry. A good place to go. A word of advice, if you're not sure about what you're doing try to pick a time when they are not busy with other customers or filling orders they can only help you with a little advice if they have the time. Not all of them will do it, it is not a job requirement for them it is them being kind and giving you a little advice respect that and them for what it is. If you're not sure what you are doing there is a great site called YouTube!! Better than the library.
