I bought a dress from this specific store, there were too many girls trying on dresses and I couldn’t get a fitting room. I bought the dress without trying it on. Normally I do but their dresses usually fit my size so I took it home to try on. I noticed the butt part was torn. Probably because so many people tried it on or something. I had my boyfriend stop in and see if he can get it refunded with a receipt ,while I was at work. I had an event to go to so it was urgent I get an exchange or refund. He went and said the associate told him I can only exchange it and that there was no time limit. I was unfortunately unable to get in there in time and long story short, my boyfriend tragically passed away. I had held on to this dress because it reminded me of the things he did for me and events we didn’t get to visit. Emotionally, I just couldn’t return it but remembered I had no time limit so it sat in my trunk the whole time. I finally have an event and I feel sad but ready to go to it so I go to return it. (Tags are still on) The manager was very short and dismissive even before I told her what the problem was. She walked away as soon as I approached the register (holding my bag from the store) and she told another associate to “help the next customer”. She looked right at me and walked away without saying anything. Her tone and demeanor was entitled and pretentious. She went around just telling me she couldn’t exchange it. I understand a time limit but she had already dismissed me altogether. I hope you all check your dresses before leaving the store for any issues. The dresses are beautiful but often have makeup or tearing from people trying them on. Glad I got to share my story as well. Hope it helps.

Windsor is our go to place for all formal events we have planned. Have always left happy with our purchases from there. A big shout out to the employees because they are handling the fitting room line in a timely manner and efficiently! We've asked for clothing items up on the higher racks so many times and never once were they annoyed or impatient with us. Will be back for many more events. Thanks to your team for always making our trip here successful. Plus, the music is a vibe so please keep doing what y'all do! ?

It was my first time going into the store at the mall. I went in there to get an outfit for a special event. As it being my first time going in there, I guess I looked a little lost. Luckily, one of the store associates I believe her name was Mia, came and help me out. I really appreciate her help and her sense of style. She was able to help me pick out the perfect outfit for my event. I received so many compliments that night! I will definitely be returning to that store. Such a great experience thanks Mia!

I took my daughter in there recently and the service, care and attention Theresa, Taya and Carly showed to my daughter was outstanding. I have bought at least 10 dresses for my high school daughter from the Windsor Store at Southlake Mall. The customer service is always exceptional and the dresses have been amazing quality! Today, the co manager, Jay, went above and beyond for me in helping me to exchange an online order to get the correct size that we needed. She was so helpful! Even bought another dress while we were there! I love Windsor and appreciate the staff!! I will always shop here!

Came in today to buy myself something flattering. Windsor did not disappoint. I was greeted and treated with amazing service. Jay, the co manager at the store helped me. She was so pleasant and helpful. She rang me up and she was very kind and super quick. She got me in and out without rushing or being rude. 10/10 Great Service. 10/10 Satisfaction.
