An impulse stop on the way home to Ankeny, from Galena trip with friends. Wonderful wool felt patterns and so much to see! Very helpful, friendly woman working. I now have several new projects to work on for this fall. Wish we would have had more time!

I can't say enough how helpful and nice these ladies are...I was like a kid in a candy store...samples of everything that they have in patterns. So many great ideas from quilts to wall hangings, to making a tote and many more. Stop in find a great idea from beginner to expert or gifts.. I will definitely make the trip back from Cedar rapids very soon.

13 women descended at the exact same time on this fabulous store. The service was super! We each received individual help. The individuals assisting us went out of their way to be kind, and gentle to those who did not know what they were doing! I will most definitely return again!

Very nice and helpful quilting shop. One thing though was that they had alot of panels that were already sacked up with coordinating materials. Wanted to pick out my own coordinating designs and they didnt sell them separately. The help is very friendly and is a cute shop.

We have been dealing with some hard things lately. We love Kalona and felt that we needed a trip to Kalona to brighten our day. We are from out of state and have come to Kalona for many years. We went to a place of business in Kalona that we usually go to but each time we have felt that we were treated very rudely. Well, they were rude again and it almost ruined my day. we will not go to that place again. But then we came to Willow Creek and the lady was so kind and helpful to us. She was just wonderful. she said that she lives on a farm in Kalona. I think she might have been the owner of willow creek. Thank you for your kindness, you have no idea how much it meant to us. This is one of my favorite quilt shops. I love the quality and variety of their fabrics. I love their displays of the finished quilts available in kits. Always friendly and helpful people!
