I have had an account with this store for many years. They have a new manager, who was once floor sales. He knows we’ve been in there and have bought many many times, & not just sales . I have boasted on this store, there service and knowledge. He helped me several times before but now he won’t take our checks, or credit /debit cards when I am shopping alone. That account was mine before I married my husband. He looks at me in disgust and treats me unfairly. I wrote a check for Boy Scouts popcorn just as I was headed in; than this “new manager “ treats me like trash. Is he wanting different clientele ? Just running off female shoppers? I believe shopping local is important, but I have plenty of other places to go in our good town and Wichita is just up the road. Beware this store is not managed the way it once was.

Always lists in stock dog toys, when you order them and pay for them, within an hour you'll receive an Email saying they had to order half my items and can pick them up in a week. It's happened 3-4 times at this same location so I've had to go back and change all my reviews to 1 star.

Staff here are great, however the huge drawback to the store is that they are a Stihl distributor but do not stock spark plugs for Stihl. Add insult to injury a list it on the app as having NGK spark plugs, but this store does not.

Always the best people there to help you I'm terrible with names cause of bad memory but they're always looking to help and the welcoming environment feels like a family owned hardware store. Everyone that works there deserves raises. If I could rate more than 10 I'd rate a trillion stars, I love that place so much

Called to verify a plumbing part for one of my customers before driving over 30 miles and they confirmed and said it was here and In stock. I made sure to verify it was on shelf with the SKU Number and it was confirmed by a lady. Told my customer I could get the part just had to drive 30 miles. When I got here could not find it asked the staff they act like I called the wrong store until I showed the number and gave them the name. But no one could take fault or find a part. Very frustrating now I have to drive back and explain to my customer why I can complete the job. Very in professional. Just wish “the lady” (not going to mention names) would of actually checked the section to see the part instead of most likely going of the computer. I normally don’t get mad but I’m not sure what to tell my customer that chose us to help and not meeting the quality we provide.
