Have been getting flowers from West and Witherspoon for about 40 years! Never been disappointed. Since March of 2021 I have getting weekly arrangements for my wife. She loved Gerber daisies, red roses, and babies breath. Arthenia fixes a different arrangement every Friday. They are always beautiful and the West and Witherspoon staff are always appreciative, friendly and helpful. Would never go to any other florist!

I ordered flowers for my aunt’s funeral and was beyond delighted. I am from out-of-town and had no personal experience with ordering funeral flowers. My family bought two sprays on fairly short notice, but they were delivered on time and looked even better than I expected. I can recommend this florist without any reservations, whatsoever.

I wish I could give 20 stars. I freaking love this place. I’m a critic of customer service because I take it very serious. It’s the foundation of basic human interaction and integrity. It’s sooo easy to pass the buck around and not try to understand customers, but it takes time and patience and dedication to make each customer feel like they’re the only person who matters in the world. That’s what West and Witherspoon does. No matter how busy they are they treat me with respect and kindness. I’m the dir of Finance At Patriot Chevrolet here in town so I deal with and see how customers react to how they are treated, it’s a craft I’ve taken pride in mastering.i love people! Well I get that same energy and vibe from WEST AND WITHERSPOON!!! Thank you all for being awesome.

I have always been very impressed with this place. Trish made some beautiful wreaths for our church on my most recent visit. I would "hands down" say they are the best florist in the Hopkinsville area. Go check out their reasonable prices and amazing customer service!

Great experience! I live in another state and chose this florist for a birthday delivery. They were very patient with me because I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to send. Neither of us knew the facility did not accept deliveries. They went out of their way to get the delivery made, AND they had to wait an hour for someone to arrive and accept it. I really appreciated their dedication to my order. I would definitely recommend West & Witherspoon!

My best friend that lives in Florida wanted to send me flowers for my Birthday. Wanda created a beautiful arrangement and even sent my friend a photo for approval. My friend said Wanda was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I work nights, so I wasn't the easiest to track down, but Wanda made sure I received my beautiful arrangement on my Birthday.
