What a nice experience it is to deal with local professionals! Chris and Rich are all about first class service, and they have a great selection of jewelry to fit most any budget. Best of all you know that you are being fairly treated.

My wedding band of 20 years shrunk and I had Webb Jewelers resize it. Courteous and professional! A true blessing to have this wonderful business downtown Winchester!

This store is why we shop local. The one on one customer relationship is why we will ALWAYS buy from Webb's...not just buy from them either. We take any of my jewelry there for quality repairs done by them most of the time, not shipped off. I know they are honest and trustworthy business owners. Go to Webb's you won't regret it!

My husband bought my first diamond necklace from here a couple months ago and absolutely adore it. The staff was so helpful when the chain was too short and let us exchange it for a longer one (with a cost difference of course). Thank you for helping him find the right style!

Only spoke with someone over the phone about appraisals and consignment. They were courteous & knowledgeable. They answered all our questions & didn't rush us off the phone even though it was close to closing time. Plan on visiting them soon to have some appraisals & possibly consignment.

I love going into Webb jewelers. They have beautiful merchandise, the place is clean and well kept and the two men who own the place really know what they're doing and do a fantastic job. They are always friendly and make you feel welcome. I highly recommend using Webb jewelers!!

I always take my rings in here to either get cleaned it worked on and Everytime I get them back they look brand new as the day I bought them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy jewelry. Richard is a wonderful guy and goes above and beyond to help anyone he can. Great atmosphere and prices are incredible! Keep up the good work!
