Buyer BEWARE.
I have tried to purchase from Wayfair a few times and every single time there has been a major screw up and it is impossible to speak with a person to fix the problem. Pretty sad.

terrible service, delayed shipping. Order here if you ware ready to spend months on a transaction. Expect a month for them to beging to ship. Then after a month, another month for the product to traverse the world to finally arrive. When it arrives, if you have excellent karma, luck, and faith, perhaps it will be usable. Others, repeat until you give up and they just keep your money.

My boyfriend and I went into Wayfair Outlet Florence Ky several weekends in a row looking for a vanity, area rug and misc items. Associate, Jeremy jumped right into help us. He had a great buy in the clearance 50% off section that he showed us. I liked it but it needed a mirror with the vanity so I really wanted one to match. Jeremy looked around the show room floor and showed me several mirrors nothing really caught my eye. Then he went into the back and brought out the perfectly matched mirror. So we made the purchase. He went above and beyond for us! Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Jeremy made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience! 5 STARS to him. Absolute morons!!! I called 4 times with a simple question, each time the people, 4 different ones, said " I don't know, let's see if I can find out" or look it up" then disconnected me. I don't know how these people 's even manage to get up in the morning, but I wish they wouldn't, then maybe someone with SOME intelligence could take their place.
