I hosted a Bridal Shower and rented tables and chairs. The tables were horrible....they were wood and splintered with decor still on them from other usage on the bottom. One table was unusable because we could not get it to lock. The chairs were fine and the price was good which got them the one star. You get what you pay for I guess. If I were them I would at least refund the gal that actually paid for them the price for the one table that was unusable. Very disappointed.... will look elsewhere next time we are in need.

They did a great job setting up and tearing down. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, linens, a dunk tank, and a high strike machine. Everything worked great and was delivered ahead of schedule. They were also the cheapest of all the rental companies. I'll definitely be using their services again. Thank you Warsaw Party Rental!

I just got married about a month ago now and rented table cloths from here. I have never thrown any sort of event so I was not sure where to go, but I am so glad I went here! They have quality items and when it was the day before my wedding and I had 11 mirrors from somewhere else when I was supposed to have 12 they helped me out! I am grateful for the people who work here who were so helpful to me when I needed it! Thank you!

If I could leave Warsaw Party & Rental 0 stars I would.

I rented 3 tables about 20-24 chairs for my Bridal Shower.

Upon attempting to set up the tables, 1 out of the 3 tables we couldn’t even use as the legs would not lock in place, no matter how hard we tried (pictures). Obviously we are not going to set up a table that is unsafe and can’t lock into place.

All 3 tables were in such HORRENDOUS shape. There was still tape everywhere from whoever used them previously. The tables were wood, but they were so badly damaged you couldn’t touch the table without putting on a pair of gloves so you don’t get splinters all over your hands and fingers.

When my mother returned the tables for me, she brought this to the employees attention, and they simply said to her “Well, they are rentals.”

Indeed. These ARE rentals. However, I would expect rentals to not be a cause of concern for safety and at least be in a bit better condition.

Well…hours say 9-5 so get there at 9 to return items rented AND NO ONE THERE.

I rented a backdrop and lights, which we picked up the day before the wedding. Once we put the backdrop and lights up (right before we had to go get ready for the rehearsal dinner) we realized that 2/4 of the light strands that we had rented had portions that were not lit up. We called Warsaw Party Rental to get the problem resolved (which took over an hour) and it was concluded that they would bring up and replace the lights that we had already put up. Upon arriving back at the venue for the rehearsal we found that whoever had brought the replacement lights had just dropped them in front of the back drop and left. Not impressed at all with this company. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else.

We got oversized balloons. When we got them to the destination; one of the huge ones just floated off. It literally just came untied. Although it was upsetting; Warsaw Party Rental replaced it without question and apologized profusely. I'm so thankful they were so accommodating. It seems to be a rarity to have good customer service these days, but they did not disappoint!
