Avoid at all costs. Scheduled a single tire change for 11am. Drove 30 minutes. Got there 10 minutes before appointment. Was told they were just finishing the 8 o clock appointments. They didn't start on my tire until almost 2. They seemed more staffed than a lot of places. No sense of urgency. Do not go here for timely service.

Everyone was very nice. They were short handed and closed at four and busy. But the guy fit me in at the last. Than you for that. I needed a new tire. I had to wait over an hour and half but got my tire. There was like three guys and one woman working. But everyone was just standing around except one guy who was doing my tire. I felt bad for the numerous people they had to turn away.

Stopped by to ask about a tire rotation for my car and without prior contact or appointment they said we can do it right now. 15 minutes later l was ready to leave with no charge, l had purchased my tires at Walmart last fall.

Customers walking in needing work done is like kryptonite to the workers. 3rd time I have came in to get something basic done and gotten an excuse that it’s going to be a few hours to get me in even tho the shop, parking lot is empty and they don’t do appointments. They say this to scare people away. Can’t expect much out of lazy people.

I asked them to check if one of my headlights was in correctly when I got new tires from there. It’s posted on their board that they provide this service. They said that it is something only the dealership can do with a special tool since my headlight wasn’t straight. So I took it to the dealership and nope just needed put in correctly but instead of the minimal fee Walmart charges when they were already changing my tires. It costs $111.88. Ridiculous from both places.

Bought a new rim for my car to match the other 3. Bought a new tire for it as well. Well, I took my car to Wal-Mart tire center and asked them to put the new tire on the new rim then to have it put onto the car in place of the rim that DOESN'T match. I guess it's partly my fault for not inspecting their work, because the new rim and tire are currently in the trunk... Unmatching rim remains on the car. Ugh.

Their road hazard and mount and balance. Service is not a good value. They take your money for road hazard when tou need it they wont stand by it. Just want to sell new tire instead of honoring road hazard
