Muy mal instalado todo un trabajo malísimo la instalación por fuera coaxial sin soldar nunca puso un calibrador para y todavía quería que yo pusiera la segunda antena ?un asco de trabajo

Easy transaction; they even confirmed that I in fact used the card as if it was mine. Most people would find that annoying, but the few seconds to confirm it was mine alleviates the issues and inconvenience of someone else using your card and going through the process with the issuer and asking for a new one due to fraud. I truly appreciated it and have already made another purchase for more items because we all need businesses like this one that look out for the customer!

I had order the stryker A10 antenna and it works like no other. I opted for the amber lighting but it came in blue. Tom said it should have been in the box, but I didn't not see it. I honestly looked and i might of missed it somewhere. I called Tom and explained to him what had happened and he just said he'll ship out another one today and sure enough he did and it's in shipping status now. Tom didn't have to do this for me but he did and I want to thank him and his team for making it right for me as the customer when he didn't have too. Thank you so much Tom‍?

I cannot say enough good things about Walcott Radio. I left a question online (concerning an antenna mount and wiring kit) and within an hour Tom called and was able to assist. We completed the purchase over the phone and Walcott promptly shipped everything to me. My time is VERY valuable so I really appreciate Walcott doing the heavy lifting - not only with their kit but also their timely follow up.

I've been in the trucking industry for 26 years and done most my CB purchases on the road through out the country but the last two CB's I bought were from Walcott Radio. The last purchase was because of Tom giving me the knowledge of the different radio's , I was Galaxy all the way until I purchased a Styrker 655 HPC . Tom was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would like to say if you have any CB needs you should consider Walcott Radio, for they are the best at what they do, just like if your reading this review, we are the best at what we do.

Didn’t acknowledge me at all stood in line spoke and got nothing a driver with me had to ask if they would help me out. They walked past me several times to ask others that came in after me if they needed help. Spending my money just like everyone else deserve the same treatment as the others.

Thought the gentleman was very dismissive, and frankly rude. "He's better than everyone" I understand he might of been having a off or bad day but personally I probably won't return. But I tend to give people a second chance...

Terrible customer service. Ordered a cb, required signature, not home to sign for it. So, where is my cb? You disputed my cc dispute, so now I’m stuck paying for a cb requiring signature that I couldn’t sign for. I hope your money scheme bites you in the a$$.
