I had an outstanding experience at the location in Tipton, In. Nancy was a Rockstar. I cannot say enough nice things. She went above and beyond, despite the issues we were having because of Boost mobile. Not once did she ever seem frustrated or lose her patience. She got my daughter and I an awesome deal. We love our phones, and are thrilled to be new Verizon customers. I like to recognize people when they really go above and beyond, and Ms. Nancy did for us! Thank you! -Bennie

Simply, can’t say enough about Nancy! She got me to switch from att&t to Verizon. She had a horrible time getting my number switched over to Verizon. This took over a month and Nancy went above a beyond to stay in communication with me the entire time until she got it taken care of! She’s a rock star! Will never leave Verizon, because of her!

Nancy was amazing I give her 10 out of 10. She was so much help to me. I appreciated everything she did to make sure I was able to get everything done.

I had gone to the Kokomo Verizon to shop deals and was told my best deal would be to upgrade my plan and get $100 credit for my trade in. I passed and left. A month later I went to Tipton Verizon and was told I could keep my current plan and get a $400 credit with my trade in. I ordered my new phone and never got a call that it arrived. I went back into Tipton Verizon 6 days later to find out it had arrived. I opted to not pay the $40 to transfer things from my old phone to new phone and ship it myself. I couldn't find a way online to trade my phone for the $400 credit. I went back into the Tipton Verizon and was shown the same thing I already looked at. I had already transferred things to new phone but was told it would still be $40 for her to ship my phone. I called customer service and was told she shouldn't be charging to ship my phone. They got me a shipping label but can't guarantee me the $400 credit. So much inconsistency with Verizon and trying to get customers to pay for simply shipping a phone. Happy with new phone, but not with the stores service.

Laura was with a customer as soon as I walked in, but greeted me and told me she would be with me as soon as possible. She was very good with them and got right with me as soon as they finished up. She was very helpful, even though there was a glitch with the server. She sent me on my was and contacted me when Verizon fixed the issue and we finished up remotely. I will definitely be a repeat customer. He excellent customer service is very much appreciated.

The Verizon associate Aaron was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable about the product I needed. I upgraded to a Galaxy S21. He explained the phone and synced all my info from the old phone to the new one. Other customers came in and he took care of each person while working with me. He is calm and reassuring. I was very impressed with his ability to multiple tasks. I will definitely go back to this store.

Laura was great very patient. She listened to my needs and helped me pick the best product for me. She worked with me to get everything set up and gave me some good tips to help with my daughters first phone.
