Less than 1!!! I bought a 600$ washer and dryer at end of August. Michelle Urness hung up on me today, her delivery guy lied. having surgery Wed.she's keeping my paid for 731.00$ appliances. And sending me check4 560$. WOW

I was told the wrong rental rates after calling twice to check prices, I called to figure out where the confusion came from and was addressed by the most disrespectful, rude, and down right nasty woman who insisted on shouting at me and yelling over me while I tried to figure out the $100 miscommunication. I had been renting equipment from there for 10 years with more than impeccable service to make up for the less than quality equipment, however I'd rather pay the extra money than be addressed by their lack luster staff again.

Bought a new oven for a very reasonable price. Quick and easy Delivery and installation . Was telling friends about how happy I was with them and several of them commented on how happy they were with Urness appliance also

I bought an LG washing machine in April. Nice washer. There was an unfortunate misunderstanding with regard to a service call, the resulting charges and a subsequent phone call. I was very upset but eventually things were made right. While it has left a slightly bad taste in my mouth, at least the issue was corrected which they did not have to do. I regret the unpleasantness and hope that future interactions will be more satisfactory.

The place is the same as any other hardware store, but it's the people that cause me to write this review. I've heard them be rude to people on the phone, insult others after they have made their purchase and left, and generally react as if they have never grown up and moved on from childish behavior. The last straw was an interaction today with my wife needing some paint mixed up for a project today. They were rude, and then as we were walking away they had to mock and mimic my wife when they thought we were out of war shot. I will never go here again as it's just as far to go to Hank's hardware in Hampton and they have always been genuinenly nice.
