I can’t say enough good things about Ben and Mona! Their kindness and helpfulness are unmatched! They helped me find a beautiful necklace for my mother that she absolutely loves. They also offer custom jewelry services and even fixed a ring I thought was beyond repair. Their care and attention to detail truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

Poor way of explaining your credit amount. Doesn’t explain that you have to pay in full within 3 months or else you’ll be charged 2x the amount. An doesn’t explain the that you will get taxed on paying in full. He doesn’t ask your preference and will most likely try to make you pay every 2 weeks instead of monthly. I thought he was good business but as a business owner myself I’d explain to my costumers the above topic. Do better. Affirm would never but Acima is probably apart of the scam with him.

We went into Universe jewelers at Barton Creek mall for repair of a post on my ring after being told at a “work done while you shop” store that it would take a week. Ben did a great job repairing my ring in an hour and a half and the price was less than the other business. A very friendly, well-run business! We will be going back!

Great customer service!!! After purchasing a watch from here, I noticed that there was a small spec of dirt or lint on the inside of the watch glass face. Brought the watch back the next day, owner of the store offered to replace the watch with a new one, or clean it out for me. I let him clean it out, and he did a fantastic and quick job! Watch looks great, absolutely spotless! Can’t thank them enough!

The owner was so kin, he even gave us a nice discount. One of my diamonds fell out, and he replaced it for free with a real diamond; even though I said fake was fine, they really went above and beyond for us. 💛
