I stopped at the this brand new store at 8:20 in the morning. I was greeted by two brand new whipped cream dispensers that were empty. The employees were not aware of how to fill or where the whipped cream was stored at. I decided to buy my own whipped cream from UDF for a glass of hot chocolate. After I got back from the cooler with my $4 whipped cream I filled my cup with whipped cream. Kind of weird and then I put my hot chocolate in but there was no hot chocolate so my cup filled up with hot water. Amanda, the store manager then told me that the store was new and they had zeroed out the hot chocolate, whatever that means. So fine then no hot chocolate. seconds after I hear Amanda from the other side of the store stating that this man is upset that there's no hot chocolate. I was not upset about the hot chocolate. I was upset about the customer service or lack thereof. Amanda needs some training. Her attitude was horrible. I know that the entire thing was on recording. I am an amputee. I have one arm. I'm a handicap. the service I received this morning was unacceptable. Amanda needs some training. Working in the front of a store like that. You would think that customer service would be the most important thing. She was the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. Please watch the footage and provide some much needed coaching. That store is absolutely beautiful

If you like waiting 30 plus minutes for milk and Reese's, then this is the UDF for you. The worker somehow "misplaced" the milkshakes and let them sit out. They marked the order as complete without giving me the milkshakes. Hands down the worst milkshake I've ever had. I could have made a better one with what ever I had at home. Food was also terrible, even for gas station standards. They hired pretty much anyone. Ive had better service at McDonald's. I won't be returning to this UDF. Not even for gas.

Normally I'm happy with the UDF stores that I frequent, however I was in the new Union UDF on January 10, 2024 about 1pm, and I saw some things that just weren't right. There was one employee at the ice cream area, and another young man literally dancing in the store and basically running around! There was 1 older gentlemen at the cashier area, who was doing the best that he could. There wasn't a manager on duty, which would have been helpful, as a customer was trying to use a coupon that UDF gave out during their " Grand opening." The older gentlemen called the other 2 young men over to help him and they both said, they weren't trained on how to take coupons. The customer left, without buying anything! The line had at least 8-10 people waiting to check out, and finally the dancing young man opened a register! If I were UDF and I just opened a new store in this area, I would think a manager needs to be on duty during the day and at night. And the new employees should be trained before working on the floor.

I love this new UDF! It’s close to everything and if you have a rewards card, you can get a decent amount off on gas, as well as good deals on drinks and snacks. The only thing that sucks is you can’t use their gas pumps after close.

The new UDF staff leaves very little to be desired. Christain behind register is miserable and I wasn't the only one to notice for when a customer behind me said, he's in the wrong line of work. The lady making shakes isn't much better. I do believe UDF needs to step up their customer service skills.

If you're looking for a place to stop after work for a quick snack, good luck! they start tearing everything down and closing shop at 7pm. guess i will continue to use the older UDF location further down 42. i can at least get a donut or two after 7pm.

We walked in and didn’t see a employee for a good five minutes, then when we went to get ice cream they had taken all the ice cream out of the case to “defrost” before 9pm and when we questioned it the worker complained that there was only two of them working, and that he had hurt his back today.

This is a lovely store with even better employees. Came in on Christmas for gas and scratch offs. They helped me pick them out as I’ve never done that before haha. So happy to have such a great new gas station in the area we live in.
