TL;DR: Rude staff, overpriced items, and a lack of competitive pricing make this store feel unwelcoming and unsustainable. I don’t plan on going back.

I'm not sure I would return to this place. The lady at the counter kept giving me side-eye as I walked through every aisle, just browsing to see what I might find—you never know what treasures you might stumble upon. It felt like they were judging me based on my color, ethnicity, gender, or maybe all of the above.

The prices at every booth were outrageously high, which seems counterproductive if they’re desperate to make sales. It’s as if they’re clinging to unrealistic profit margins instead of adopting competitive pricing to attract more customers. I honestly don’t understand how this place stays in business or manages to pay the bills. Every time I visit, there are never more than five people in the store, and when someone does check out, it's usually for something small, like a $10 item.

We walk into the store, I asked about the location of the restrooms. I was told where they were, but that I would have to leave my bag behind the counter, as that is store policy. Cool. That’s fine. But as I walk through the store, every other person in the store had a bag, even bigger than what mine were. I don’t wanna say it’s a race thing, but funny how the only biracial person in the store was made to leave their bag behind the counter, but everyone else was allowed to have theirs. I will not return to the store & will make sure to spread the word that no one else does as well.

I really enjoy this place. One of the best vendor malls I've ever been to.

Pretty good, vendors update the stock regularly.

Employees are nice and the place is clean.

Could be good but not quite there. Cashiers are rude as is the guy I'm assuming is the owner or manager. Obnoxious teenage boy that I think works there driving around the store on a mobility scooter with a Trump hat. They all need to work on their customer service skills.

Plenty of reviews here to back the follow statements. The Assistant manager Joe I believe, is EXTREMELY rude. We were partaking in the 60 yard sale and paid for our slot in the lot of this establishment. I have frequented this place for years dating back to previous ownership and names. The female manager is very unprofessional and lacks knowledge as to her title therefore I'm sure is over paid for the low quality work she does. Employees are rude, unprofessional and there is zero organization or professionalism. Imagine being so confident as the manager/asst. of a glorified yard sale! They chose to harass us and cause a scene with witnesses to our treatment. Let the bad reviews poor in! Seems business isn't doing well, poor management and terrible owners will destroy a business quickly!

I stood at the counter and witnessed the female employee we will call her T talk down to a girl at the register that I personally know and y'all this girl is mentally handicapped she was trying her best and this employee was very rude and hurtful to this girl. She didn't understand that not all the movies were different prices when they all came from the same stand and she didn't have enough money this employee was talking so hateful trying to push her along and when I offered to give her money which was just a few cents the employee said no here your going to take it out of the 5. Hold up you can't do that to a customer!! But the sweet girl said oh ok ok yeah and she needed that dollar to use for the bus which I went outside seen her crying and got her bus fair.
People in T&T are usually rude I get that but to treat a handicapped person like this is disgusting
