I took a 14k gold vintage broach to this store a few moments ago. I have just had this piece appraised at two different jewelers before stopping here. The man I showed it to didn't even take it out of the bag or let me finish telling him what it was before he handed it back to me. He cut me off from speaking to tell me he wasn't interested because they no longer buy gold. I'm speechless.

The Gold is very light and does not no weigh anything which means it's not worth the money.. true they do customize jewelery and I hear they are good at it and that's why I gave 1 star.. as far as quality is concerned.. good Luck

I definitely recommend this jewelry store, ask for Tony, super great guy and he stands behind what he sells. I bought a diamond cut rope necklace from him and the quality is great and price was good . I've been buying gold jewelry now for about 15 years and I'm telling you I wouldn't deal with any other jewelry store. Best in Kentucky hands down !

Tri State is the best jeweler in the city to purchase quality jewelry at reasonable prices. Great place to buy Rolex, Breitling or any other watch fanatic's choice. I'd choose this jeweler over any other. Staff is great and always willing to negotiate with the customer.

Never buy a ring from this store!!!!!! Two diamonds fell out of my engagement ring the day after i received it, it took them two weeks to replace them and 8 days later they fell out again so they gave me another ring...... two weeks later a diamond fell out they replaced it within a week two weeks later it fell out again, after all of this I didn't want anything else from them so I got my money back
a proposal is supposed to be special and happy and they have made this experience a complete headache........however I have the best man in the world and no ring will make or break that!
This place should not be allowed to sell engagement rings period don't allow this store to ruin your proposal with a crappy ring!!!!!!!!!!!!!
