Literally only walked from my apartment and to the car door and my heel just broke while I was sitting in the car! Also while I was in there shopping one of the ladies continued to follow me around and when I went in the dressing room to try some items on she literally pulls they curtain back and said "how many do you have". I was literally getting undressed at that moment. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. They do not tell you about the return policy until you try to come back and exchange something. If you have a issue or the clothing might not work out they want you to return it within 24-48hours. As if people don't have occupations. It's extremely hard to shop with black own business because very few only do it for the money and don't care about the customers.

Zero Stars. These people forgot to put a shirt that I PAID for in my bag right before I left for a trip. They don’t open until 1pm but argued with me about how long my trip was and why I didn’t come back sooner. I was suppose to “do more to get a response” even though I called everyday AND dm’ed on social media where I saw they were definitely active. No one answers the phone or direct messages but yet I’m suppose to think they’d reply to text and emails. They failed to mention their policy ANYWHERE and inconvenienced me on my trip but somehow it was my fault. Apparently they were doing me a “COURTESY” by giving me a refund lol. Like the other review said, you all make it difficult to support black businesses. Poor customer service.

Just left there for the second time today, had a pricing issue and the manager/owner (?) was so so sweet and went out of her way to fix it for me when she really didn’t have to. She also shows great care in the items, as well as the shoppers!

Overpriced and poor quality items!!! The zipper on a bag that I brought from here was broken and I asked to exchange it and they made a big fuss about it. Won’t be returning. I might make another account just to share more experiences, that’s how terrible this establishment is.

Amazing boutique with realllly great potential but it’s like you literally have to begggg them to update their site. And then when they do say it’s updated, you look and barely anything you saw on social media is on there still. 😑like Do you not want shoppers? You scroll and literally every time it’s comments about the site. Sooo It’s given what needs to be worked on.
