Tradehome is about two things: customer service and quality shoes. Every time I visit I am blown away by how consistently the staff take the time to listen to their customers’ needs and help them find the right shoe. Visits this past month and today were no exception. Last month Cara noticed I under pronate (or supinate), and lately it had been causing knee and hip problems. She helped me find the right orthotics (surprisingly affordable!) and lifestyle sneakers to help correct the problem. The combination has been a game changer for me this past month, so I went in today for a second pair of athletic shoes … ones specifically for walking my dog around the neighborhood. Cara spent so much time with me helping me find another good pair. While trying on shoes, I was able to listen and observe Cara, Chad, and another employee do the same for several others. I plan to bring in my elderly father with an unsteady Parkinson’s gait soon so that they can help him as well!

Ps. Tradehome is the only shoe store I know that carries Pikolinos. They are pricey but SO well-made. They are the only shoes my husband doesn’t quickly destroy! They also carry Danish-made Eccos, a great selection of Birkenstocks, and nicer athletic brands like Brooks, Hoka, OnCloud, and New Balance.

Chad is extremely knowledgeable of the shoes in his store! He will also take the time to listen to your needs. With his expertise he will look into the way you stand and walk to figure out the best shoe for you. Also if you are in need of socks please shop here. They donate a pair to a local school or charity every time a pair is purchased. This is definitely a store I would recommend!!

Went in just to see if they carried any Hoka’s in my size (14w). They had several options to choose from. The manager was very polite, helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure I was in a comfortable and supportive shoe. Left the store with new shoes and insoles and my feet have been thanking me ever since. Will definitely be purchasing my next pair of shoes here again!

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Tradehome Shoes, and have been more than satisfied with the staff and their knowledge about the shoes they sell. I have Plantar Fasciitis in both feet and Cara introduced me to the Aetrix Orthotics insoles, after I started wearing them my Plantar Fasciitis has gotten better, almost completely gone!!! Today I purchased a pair of hiking boots, and a pair of boots for my wife, Chad and Cara were extremely helpful. I purchased a pair of ON CLOUD hiking boots, my wife got a pair of PIKOLINOS Boots. Chad was the guy I dealt with. I will say it was one of the best informative experiences I’ve ever had at a shoe store. Chad and his wife Kara were very helpful and you could tell they were very passionate about what they do. Chad wasn’t pushy either he just genuinely cared and wanted to help people. I have alot of issues with heel and arch pain. I also have knee and sciatic pain. Chad knew his stuff and helped me find the right shoe with insoles to help with my issues. I am very hopeful now that I will heal and not have as many issues. If not Chad said we have 30 days to try it out and see how we feel. So I feel that is fair. I am very pleased with my experience and will definitely be back. I’d give them 1000 stars if I could ☺️

Chad and Cara were phenomenal, these guys really know their stuff. They genuinely care about finding the right shoe for your foot. Very low pressure and super helpful/informative. Highly recommend, my whole family has bought Hoka’s from them!
