If you have to deal with Derick in service dept. good luck. He has no communication skills whatsoever. He is the worst service dept. person I’ve ever dealt with at any Peterbilt across the country. He is most qualified to do janitorial work. My truck was in the shop for a week he never called once with an update. When I called him on it he lied and said he did 1 time but he didn’t. If he did wonder why he never called again? Just a warning to others about him.

Was called and told my truck was finished and ready to be picked up,I ask how much Derrick said 1,110.79 and was sent an invoice for this amount through email,when I showed up to pick up truck was told they messed up the total now was 2,092.23 this place is a total shit show and one hand don't know what the other is doing I'm very confused about the business practices here at this location in erlanger

As of any dealership, you have to wait a few days to get your truck in there, but they went above and beyond on my repairs just to make sure everything is correct even checking other things so future problems would not occur. Very reasonable and helpful with the pricing, I highly recommend.

I had a problem with a possible tech stealing a shirt out of my truck and got ahold of dale ar peterbilt and he was awesome. Couldn’t find the shirt or get anyone to fess up to it and he did the right thing and replaced it for me. I can’t say enough the stand up nature of this company now and taking a really bad mark and turning it around for the better. Sure it’s a 60$ shirt but them replacing it really meant the world. Thanks again dale for fixing the issue.

Awesome Customer service, Tim in parts was one of the nicest people I've spoken to on the phone. I had some parts that were bad on my truck down the road from them. They had parts in stock and sent them over to be on their delivery truck. Saved me an expensive Uber ride round trip to get them. Thanks for having such impeccable service

Had a check engine light on. Within minutes on a cold and icy morning they checked the codes and pointed me in the right direction!!!

As expected, I had fuel pressure issues related to the fuel filters. They were really backed up, and it would have been a day or so before they could get me into actually just simply change filters. So they suggested I head over to another location who could get me in within a few minutes, and get me back on the road.

Great people dedicated to customer service.

Had warranty work done by them on an engine and they overcharged where these charges should be covered underneath the warranty and did not share the price on the cost until I got arrived at the dealership failed to email the actual bill over. Absolutely terrible communications.
