Their quality is good. Their staff is kind and accommodating.

My frustration is buying local, I'm hoping for a decent turn around. It's been 2 weeks as of today. I haven't heard any updates. The shirt order was less than 10. I think 6 total.

This is my 3rd or 4th time buying shirts for my business for clients. If they told me it's a two week then around I would politely order online for a better price with the same consistency if quality.

Im disappointed in the sign that says same day turn around on most orders. If I had a large order. Or they communicated id be cool.

The fact I'm paying a premium for service that could be utilized elsewhere is a frustrating lesson learned. Online resources are more advantageous.

I recently got a hoodie embroidered. The hoodie I provided. Once I got the design I wanted they said it would be done in a couple of days. I then received this call saying that my hoodie was destroyed. They sewed my hoodie pocket shut and ran out of embroidery string on the sleeve. They left massive holes in this hoodie. I was not impressed they gave me a refund on the price for embroidery but refused to pay for the brand new hoodie that they destroyed forcing me to eat the cost.

LOVE this place! The employees are very helpful and talented, helping bring your vision to life. The store has a great variety of apparel options. Lots of quirky designs on display that they designed in-house... they make great gifts! Couldn’t recommend this shop enough.

Kyle is amazing! I needed a QUICK turnaround on a shirt, and he was more than happy to help! The shirt turned out fantastic! I called my local print shop, and they told me that there was a minimum order quantity of 15, and that they had a three week turnaround. I drove over 20 minutes to get the shirt from Thread.
Again, Kyle was AWESOME! So helpful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

Went In to design three of the same shirts. The young lady was super helpful and helped me make exactly what I wanted. I was in and out in 15 mins. Just picked them up and I ❤️them!

Wow. I needed sweatshirts within 3 hours I brought my own logo and they found the color I needed and had them printed to perfection in less than an hour!!! Very helpful, friendly professional service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them for all your printing needs and the price was even lower than I expected!!! Win win

Great experience!
Very polite people and super concerned about how much I would like the final product - I did some embroidery work with them, the colors and the embroidery were perfect. I loved it, and I will for sure bring more clothes for them to embroider my company's logo.

This place is amazing! We stop and get t-shirts made every time we are in town. Sometimes we get one of their designs, sometimes we get our own. The staff is super knowledgeable and efficient. T-shirts are usually available the same day.
