Huge selection of quality scrubs. The 2 ladies tending the store today gave me space to look around and no hassling. I will be coming back for any scrub needs!
They have a great selection of colors, and anything else you could want to buy nurse related.

Whatever you do, do not buy scrubs online from this store. I purchased scrubs online a couple of months ago. The order was then fulfilled by the manufacturer, not the Scrub Shoppe. I ordered two pairs of pants and one top. I only received one top and one pair of pants. I called the Scrub Shoppe, and I spoke with a very nice woman who said the owner was not in at the time. I never received any other communication from the store. As a customer, especially ordering online, I should not need to call multiple times or contact the manufacturer to track down my order. I also must mention I never received any kind of email from the Scrub Shoppe after my order. Shop in person, it’s probably great, but whatever you do, do not order from their website.

Saw older lady who works there walking by me and I was going to ask quick question but she stopped me and saying she was busy helping others. That 2 seconds question not gonna kill your time that much lady! It was just so rude. Horrible customer service but maybe just towards me.

They are very nice people! When I did a return the owner said the money would go back on my card, I waited a month and my bank even sat down with me and showed me that the store took the funds back and pocketed the money, they never refunded the money… they have nice things but I would watch them if I shopped there ever again.

Me and my mother have been loyal customers at the Scrub Shoppe for many years. We shopped there so frequently that some of the older employees even recognize us. It used to be a really amazing small business and we loved going in there. But within the past year things have taken a bad turn. Within this past year every time I ordered scrubs something was always missing, the wrong size or it took 3 months to come in. This issue hasn’t just happened with me but multiple of my co-workers as well. I continued to think it is what it is until recently. I had asked my mom to pick something for me at the Scrub Shoppe like she has MULTIPLE times before. Instead of them letting her pick it up. One of the employees that has been there the longest and has helped me and my mom multiple times accused her of trying to steal it in front of other customers. Not only was it humiliating for her but extremely unprofessional. She did not do it in a kind manner but harsh and cold. She could’ve politely explained why she could not let her pick it up for me but instead embarrassed her. The employee accused her of trying to take my items that I asked her to pick up for me for herself and that I would call stating I never received it. After she told my mom this the costumer behind her in line got evolved in the conversation. Saying to my mom, “It would be sad if you never gave her stuff to her.” Making her feel like she was being called a thief. This entire situation was extremely rude, unprofessional, humiliating and unacceptable.

After being a customer for years I will no longer be buying scrubs there. I recently went in to purchase scrubs to find out the ones I usually purchase are being discontinued. An employee found me a similar pair in a catalog and said the only difference would be an “extra button or pocket”. I went ahead and ordered them and had them monogrammed since I’ve never had any issues here before. Picked them up a couple weeks later only to discover the uniforms had no similarities at all except the brand. They were a completely different fit. I had already washed them before trying them on. When I went to the shop yesterday and explained the situation the manager said she could do NOTHING since they were monogrammed and washed. She didn’t even try to make it right by offering me a discount or anything. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I was shown. I realize you should have tried them on before washing or monogramming but i was trusting the expertise of the employees in the shop.

The ladies that work here are so sweet and helpful! They have a very cute selection of more than just scrubs! The prices are very reasonable. I just recently purchased a new Littmann Classic lll stethoscope, which they were able to engrave for me and I absolutely love how it turned out. 5 ⭐️. They are the best in town!

Worst experience we have ever had! We went here to buy uniforms for my wife and after driving 95 miles I needed a restroom. I asked the worker at the counter if they had one, unfortunately no they did not. NO BIG DEAL. Well this is were it gets interesting apparently the owner have something against the 2nd amendment she called the police stating that I flashed my gun when I asked for a restroom. Now keep in mind I have a concealed carry permit but prefer open carry so not to alarm people and have them think I am hiding something or have nefarious intent. That owner lost out on our money and i encourage people not to support this owner and their demonizing way of thinking about constitutional rights.
That being said the girls working were great and very helpful.
