This place has the SOFTEST SNOBALLS. They are not stingy with the syrup and make it fresh to order. Every single person that we talked to was super friendly and the outdoor seating area was super clean and mostly shaded.

Their food is very food. Also their snowballs are good as well. Their ice cream is soft and not too thick. It is mostly hot when I go to meltdown snowballs. But it is worth the wait.
