I arrived 45 minutes roughly before closing time with a slot of stuff for them to possibly buy. I started with Jewlery and watches. I walked away from them and came back to them throwing my items in the trash and saying they were junk. They acted as if they were doing me a favor and had the nerve to insulate if I need it I could take the trash bag. It was insulating to say the least. Next the guy walked by me I attempted fo introduce my self and he was rude and didn’t even look me in the eye and said nothing. He didn’t even. Look at my sports memorabilia and said 5 dollars. They even kept my Jewlery box. Hands down the worse customer service and least friendly shop I ever went into. I would have spent 5 grand with them but they acted as if I needed there change. I would recommend the shop only if I was being sarcastic to an ex wife. Trust me when I say they are paying crack head prices for items and when they are done they make it so awakered you want to leave. Didn’t even try to show me any items. How this place is open is beyond me. Good luck shop maybe be a little more friendly and you could have sold 10 k.

The BEST place to go if you want to sell gold jewelry.! Professional.. Polite. Informative.I at first felt uncomfortable walking in to sell during my tough times but the staff, especially MIKE , were kind and helpful giving me the best price they could and making me feel at ease. Best place I have encountered to sell . Highly recommend !

I went in a couple weeks ago to see what the gold depot would pay on my silver and gold bullion. For my silver they came in around $30 under the spot price. Completely understandable and more than fair. (I was pretty surprised actually) The friendly store associate then told me he had to take my gold bars in the back. He came back a few minutes later and told me he the price they could give me. $400 UNDER SPOT. Needless to say I thanked him for his time and left.

My wife and a buddy of mine went in to sell some coins that we didn't know much about. The man who helped us, Rich, was so informative and told us exactly what we had. We learned a lot from him and the other gentleman working there today. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🙂

I went in to sell some items. The experience was simple, however, I did not ask enough questions or try to negotiate. No information was freely volunteered by the buyer. I'm not sure he was honest in his dealings. I did accept his offer because I needed to pay my rent on the 1st. The offer was only 10% of the melt price for gold and silver. Website stated "best prices in NWI" which I have since learned is untrue so be prepared to negotiate to get the "so called best price". Knowledge is power. I actually feel I was taken advantage of but learned a valuable lesson.

They have an excellent selection of all different types of coins rounds and bars. They also carry coins and bars that you just don't see everyday. Rich's prices are fair and most of all, they're honest. I highly recommend them.

Really love the selection in general in the shop whether it be their collectible section or the jewelry it’s immaculate. The staff is always super helpful and polite and they do a good job of making the store feel safe as well. Jason is my personal favorite at the store just from the overall way he carry's himself and the energy he brings to the store, the man always helps me out. Great place and great prices!

I took coins in the other day and got the low end of the stick, I told them what I needed and that's just what they gave me even though what they took was worth more be careful if you don't know the true value of what you got. Didn't even get a receipt. Christmas is going to be a little short this year I hope it was worth it for them
