My experience at the cotton market ended with an old employee running out accusing my friend and I of stealing and told us that we’re not welcome there anymore. We asked what she was talking about because we paid for everything we grabbed (2 car fresheners and honey comb). She accused me of trying to slid the honey comb in my pocket and walk out with it. After we tried to explain to her that it was a misunderstanding she continued to berate and continuously would not see that it was a misunderstanding. This all transpired after we had actually asked if they were hiring and talked highly of their merchandise to as well. We paid for everything we grabbed and had NO intention of stealing. After her numerous insults my friend decided to go in and return the honey comb where she then proceed to say, and I quote,”Now that you can’t get it for free you don’t want it at all?” To where his response was, “Ma’am I assure you we weren’t trying to steal anything.” Needless to say the cotton market has lost not just us, but my friends and family that shop there.

Awful service! I ordered a product from here and the woman told me it would be 3-4 weeks before it was ready...here it is 8 weeks later and ready! The owner would never call me with updates and acted annoyed when I would call...if I could give half a star, I would. I will NEVER shop there again and will be telling everyone I know about my experience with this place.
