Our first & last stop shopping for Prom this year, we are so excited making this our new spot for future pageants, proms & formals.All the ladies were welcoming, friendly, helpful & accommodating from the moment we walked in until we left super satisfied! The shop layout is easily accessible, the atmosphere is energetic, uplifting and guests & clients are ensured comfort and a pleasured shopping experience. All the ladies were great but Dee stayed determined & held a smile while we rifled through & tried in Tina of dresses every color & style, she was great! Thank you Copper penny for making this trip memorable!

As a local I chose to do my business with this local company. Our experience was absolutely horrible. The dress that was ordered for me was not made correctly by the designer. The owner stated she was going to refund my money because it is a bad reflection on her. She took my dress to take pictures to send the company then called me the day before my wedding wanting me to bring my dress on my wedding day for more pictures. The owner told me to make an appointment with her for the guys tuxes so that she could be there. I made the appointment with her, we showed up and she wasn’t there. The employees that were there didn’t even know how to measure for tuxes. They were asking us how to, completely clueless. They couldn’t help us pick out tuxes, had no knowledge about tuxes at all. All of the 9 tuxes we ordered came in completely incorrect, none of them fit. The guys had to get remeasured and tuxes were reordered. On the wedding day we realize they still do not fit right. When my mother spoke to the owner she stated she was going to refund us for everything and just take the hit. We NEVER asked for money back. Then she called me the day before our wedding saying she spoke to her lawyer and can’t refund us anything. The alteration lady she sent me to that was just “best of the best” completely botched my dress as well. Kept it for 2 months when it only needed two simple things done to it and she didn’t even do it right. I had to take it to a seamstress at 7 pm two nights before my wedding to have it fixed correctly. The original seamstress also agreed to give our money back, now she says she’s spoke to her attorney and can’t. This place is a joke, horrible experience, employees and takes no accountability for anything.

We have been shopping here for years and it is, hands down, the best dress store EVER! The whole experience is a breeze, the staff is extremely helpful, and the variety of dresses for whatever occasion is super impressive. This is our go to for pageants, prom, snowball, weddings, and gifts!

Just got engaged and was super excited to try on dresses! I finally went on my day off and it said no appointment required but I guess I should’ve known better. Walked in and was there for at least 20 minutes and was greeted by no one. Didn’t even look my direction. Only one other bride was shopping and maybe she had an appointment, but my friend literally got a dress ripped out of her hands by her and the woman helping her. We left and were still not spoken to by anyone. Never will come here again, beware!
