I do not work here, I'm not affiliated, nor do I know anyone that works here. What I will say is, they have always been fair, no they are not going to give you $700 for the ring that you paid $700 for at another jewelry, that's not how the business works. They will make you a very fair offer on what your item is really worth, and if you get butt hurt it's because you overpaid at the original place of purchase. This is a business like any other, they need to make their money, and don't get mad at them for having to skim off a bit of profit, that's called business in america. These are nice people that will treat you respectfully and give you a fair offer.

I have bought gold and silver from the Castle. Employees are very knowledgeable and their prices are inline with normal gold and silver prices. I do wish I could get a little bit better price on some items I have attempted to purchase. But overall very good business!

Everyone at the castle has been so helpful! They have a new guy named George, who does all the sizing and repairs on site. He is amazing!!! He used to work at Tiffany and Company. He is very thorough and went above and beyond to size my wife’s wedding bands without damaging any of the stones, and also went above and beyond to help us with her wedding ring! Millie, Stephanie, Denita, and Jennifer and Don have all been helpful in our shopping there! I recommend this jewelry store over any other! They give you the best product for the best value inn are willing to negotiate prices and give you a better deal. You guys have my business for life
