Great company to do business with. From the owner taking time over several calls to talk to me about purchasing a new CTL, and then making the transaction seamless.

Bubba in service went above and beyond fixing an issue from the factory that most other companies wouldn't have taken the time to even call the manufacturer about.
Their service tech Clayton was fast and is a highly skilled professional.

I highly recommend TexStar to all of my family and friends for their equipment purchases.

When they took Beechem off the sign.This place went down hill. Then Jimmy retired. Now they've got kids working up there that can only look up parts in the computer with a vin and have absolutely no idea what they're doing. You can bring a part in there and they could have the new part in their other hand and they wouldn't figure it out. It's hard for me to buy a tractor at a place that I don't trust to sell me parts.

I had a hay mower repaired here I left if for an extended amount of time before I picked it up. Repairs were done and I had it picked up probably 4-5 months later. I appreciate the fact they held it and did not charge a fee. My only let down is that the repairs were done, the machine was most likely run after repair, however the blades were beyond wore. After new blades there were clashes. I called only looking for some guidance, sent a video and finally followed up with a text. Again I was only looking for guidance but instead service went strait on the defensive. Going forward I’ll drive to Sulphur springs or Beaumont Tx for any CLAAS equipment repairs.
