First Thank you to my husband for blessing me with these gifts and for Ash from Texas Tire for my BEAUTIFUL lift, tires, rims and lights. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!. Where to begin..... Long story short, I came in to get a set of rims, no tires as my car is brand new. I was sold a set that i really liked & before ANYTHING was done i asked several times if they would RUB was assured they would not, I made it perfectly clear that i didn't fitment was the main thing, well they rubbed in the rear & chewed up my sidewall to the point where it looked like i had rubber band streamers glued to my side wall, go back up there & was told they would find the correct size & not to worry they would replace the tire when changing out the rims. 5 day's later they couldn't find those exact rims so we looked for a set that would, ordered them & came back to swap out. New rims on checked the bad tire, looks good & leave. Test out with my kids in the car (weighted down) and bammm no rubbing! I think finally I'm good. Sunday (6 day's later) I'm doing a walk around & opposite side of my car i seen something on the tire, look closer & IT'S THE CHEWED UP TIRE THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED!!! I made my mind up I'm not going back, i will take the L & lesson learned, yesterday (1 week old brand new rims) the red ring on my rims are already chipping & coming off & they haven't even been washed yet! So please learn from my horrible experience. I settled for this set & don't love them to begin with, i don't hate them just not what i wanted.

I had a friend who lives in Beaumont and she suggested that I try this shop. I live in Houston 1hr 37 minutes away. After speaking to the manager there over the phone I decided to drive down there. Let's just say... not only was it worth the drive but this location and the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The tires look clean, sleek and perfect. Getting the new tires stopped my steering wheel from shaking too! They even cleaned a spot off my interior seat while i was there. I highly recommend this business. They don't just do tires. They do lifts for your car or truck and have financing available. Trust me when I say this was worth the drive. Their customer service is top notch!!

Today's experience with Texas Tires was excellent due to the two technicians, Cuba and Jay. They diagnosed the problem with the spare, a bad valve stem. Then the problem arose! After trying a couple of replacement stems, the hole was a bit smaller than a typical replacement stem. I suggested modifications to the hole, taking all responsibility for it in case of another problem. They had the tools to complete the task and executed it with ease. The replacement stem fit after the modification and cured the problem. I appreciate their expertise and willingness to fix the problem. Thanks to Alix for her suggestion to review my experience.
