What happened to this place? It used to provide very friendly and courteous service, always welcoming and they used seem genuinely happy to see you, all for a reasonable price. I dropped by to take my mantle clock in for a cleaning, they have jacked up their prices and quoted me almost $300 for a routine cleaning. I've been a customer of theirs for years, taken several clocks in for work, had jewelry repaired, etc. I always thought very highly of them and recommended them to all of my friends and family. The gentleman that waited on me, made me feel unwelcome, never smiled or greeted me, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him somehow. Just wow, what a change since the last time I was in there. I guess I have to find a new favorite jeweler and clock repair shop. I left shaking my head.

Excellent variety of jewelery, watches, rings and grandfather clocks, new and used, and great prices.
There have catalogs you can look through if you don't see what you are looking for and order it for you also.
Took my gold pocket watch my father gave me in 1975 for cleaning and service.

Another jewelery shop recommened me to bring my jewelry repairs and that they were cheaper than most. Watch batteries are half the price quoted by a few other places Ive been. Employees are very friendly.

Extremely rude. I went in today to buy a simple watch battery and for some reason someone in the back thought it was funny. It's a shame because my husband had purchased jewelry for me there in the past. We will NEVER be back!!

Went in with 2 watches. 1 needed a battery. The other one I wanted to replace the watch band. I thought I'd be dropping them off to pick them up later. They took care of me today. I was pleased with the total cost. Thank you! I'll be back.

Place is great. I was waiting for my watch then a guy walked in. They fixed his watch and charged only $5 to take a link out. How cool is it to here someone does something still for $5. Pretty awesome. Reminded me of when I was younger. Great to still see honest companies around my home town. They put a new battery in my watch for me as well. Great place and I will be back!!
