Frances’s is the protective hair style & braiding queen! I have super fine & straight hair & she’s done my faux locs & feed-in braids. They both turned out 10/10!

I had the pleasure of having my hair braided by Sweet Frances. Frances lives up to the name Sweet. She was the sweetest person I’ve met in a long time. What impressed me most was, Frances books only 1 client at a time. When I arrived there was no waiting, she started as soon as I arrived. Also , she was very professional, she didn’t take calls while she was doing my hair I had her full attention. I felt special like this is really “my time”. The best thing was the price was extremely reasonable. I strongly recommend Sweet Frances.

Frances is amazing, and we are so thankful for her! She has now braided my daughters hair several times and just colored her hair, which I was very nervous about because my daughter has never had color before but Frances did such a beautiful job! Highly recommend! Can’t wait for my sons twists appointment!

Overpriced. They say a wash is included, but I had to wash my daughter's head because they double booked and did not have time although our appointment was already scheduled. I've made 1 successful appointment because the stylist text you a few hours before your appointment and keeps changing the appointment. The owner is rude and when trying to pretend to smooth things over insulted me. And I learned 8 days is not enough time to schedule an appointment. Have all the proof.... save yourself the stress and money. Go to Jessica at hair on the floor if covington is your only choice.
