Terrible, just go off base. The price is similar off base and most places offer same day turn around time. They quoted a week with adding rank, service stripes, and ribbon to an asu jacket and tailoring the pants. Got here and wasn’t done and they didn’t know anything about it. They also barely/don’t speak English and it’s really awkward trying to explain what you need done.

This place is inside the same building as military clothing and sales. This place is decent to get alterations done. I do not reccomend going here for alteration service. The time you have to wait for work to be done is very long. 101 military sewing is way quicker than this business and it is cheaper. The benefit of shopping here is you can use your military star card and earn rewards. But the rewards you earn are not worth it when you can buy items for way cheaper and get alterations done way quicker off post at 101 sewing or Eagles of War. If you are in a cash crunch and need to use your military star card then this place is good. The thing about shopping on post is the employees usually screw you over with subpar work versus off post where people work hard to keep your business. The staff here currently is slightly awkward to do business with and lack good interpersonal skills. Go to 101 Sewing if you want to be taken care of and get the most for your money .
