I got engaged on May 5th with a vintage ring. Took it to the ER in Rushville. Big mistake. Many dollars, 3 weeks and much disappointment later, took it to Stephenson Jewelry and they worked their magic! For less than 1/2 the money already spent...my ring is beautiful!! I just got my wedding set sized here and needed it back as quick as possible due to my own procrastination. Not only did I get it back a day sooner than I needed but the work done on it is fantastic! My rings are both rose and white gold and we decided to use white gold to size the whole set. It is impossible to tell white gold was used to size the rose gold ring. Price was excellent, work was excellent! I am a very happy customer!!

This is hands down the best Jewelry Store Around. They are very family oriented, and Mr. Stephenson and his son Matt have always and I mean always been nothing but wonderful. No high pressure like at the big chain jewlers.And they are so reasonably priced! As long as they are open this is where I will do business. Mr. Stephenson passed away a few weeks ago, so I hope that Matt will continue this father's legacy!

I took my fairly expensive watch to have the battery changed. They broke my watch trying to access the battery. Then they super glued my watch together and didn’t mention that is was broken upon checking out. An hour later, I brought the watch back and confronted them. The only remedy that they offered was to try a different gluing tactic! Reminds me of a carpenter, not a jeweler.
