Haven't been to Steffan's in a while.
I took my diamond in for an inspection, a watch for a battery replacement, and an earring I bought there that needed an adjustment. Turns out there is a lifetime warranty on them. So, if they can't repair, I will be getting a new pair. Thank you Sam for your wonderful service and customer care. You went above and beyond for me. Would not go anywhere else.

Working on making a final decision on my wedding band now too. Jessica has been very patient and understanding with me which I appreciate so much. First visit here was 25 years ago when they were at a different location in McHenry. Dealt with Suzanne who helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring (still in use today!). My wife and I came back a couple weeks ago to have my wedding band resized and the prongs on her ring repaired. Dealt with the next generation of ownership and could not have been happier. Warm greeting when we arrived, attentive and informative but not overbearing service, timely repair work (ahead of the promised schedule), and chocolate on your way out the door. I have nothing critical to offer, so five stars it is.
