When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we looked at a few stores for wedding bands and then came to Staples. The staff were all so sweet and knowledgeable. Peggy custom created my wedding band to fit in my obsession with Star Wars. She hand fabricated a wax mold then with my approval and fitting, went on to cast the ring. She was even able to incorporate our still born daughter's hair in my ring which I hold so dear to my heart.
The store is always clean and welcoming. Their prices are among the best I have seen. Can't say enough wonderful things about the team here. Thanks Peggy!

Oh my word, Jake blew me away with how stunning my new earrings turned out. I thought I knew what I wanted but I was not 100% sure. He was patient, kind and walked me through the process. However, when I received the final product, I could not believe how beautiful they actually turned out. I am so happy. I would recommend Staples over all other jewelry stores in Louisville. When my fiancé bought my engagement ring last year, he told me shopped around for months. Staples was highly recommended to him by a friend. They were by far the best jewelry store for us - helpful, transparent, accommodating, and competitive pricing. They went above and beyond for him. We recently went in to shop for wedding bands and they remembered him, even though it had been many months. They have fantastic service and absolutely beautiful jewelry. I am in love with my engagement ring and we can’t wait to get our wedding bands! When my fiancés grandmother gave me her first engagement ring, I trusted them to polish and repair it, now it looks brand new. Shop local at Staples!

Dan and the other folks at Staples Jewelry were absolutely incredible to work with! I took my broken amethyst wedding ring in and Dan was able to find the perfect diamond to replace it with. The repair was completed so quickly and efficiently! I will never go to another jeweler again. Recommend 10/10!

Absolutely amazing experience! Went in with my mother and sister to repurpose some of our grandmothers jewelry into 3 new rings, one for each of us. Not only did they take the time to speak with us at length to create each unique design, they also took the time to understand what these pieces of jewelry truly meant to us. They were in constant contact through the whole process and even displayed genuine excitement when showing us how wonderful they turned out at each pick up. Best jewelry store experience I have had to date, hands down!
