I took my husband's first wedding band in, which was cut off his finger in 2009 because he broke his hand, and the 2nd one I got him that was busted. I wanted to get the first one reconstructed that was very worn because he does auto body work, along with the second ring to strengthen it. It originally had 3 diamond chips and 2 were missing. The design was completely worn off. He added 2 diamond chips and made his own design. I gave it to my husband today for Christmas, he loved it. Murphy Jewelers said it would cost thousands to deter me from getting it done. They wanted to sell me a wedding band for $2,000 that I didn't like. These rings were sentimental and Charlie Sophy understood that. It only took a couple days and only charged me $100. Sophy Jewelers will get all our jewelry business from now on.

Permanent Jewelry: I had my bracelet zapped on over a year ago (Dec 2023) and it is still as lovely as the day I got it! It has been snagged on everything under the sun and it has held up wonderfully!

I just left this amazing jewelry store. The owners son helped my niece and I pick out a gift for her mommy. He was absolutely amazing and fantastic. Excellence is a true understatement. He put the biggest smile on my 3 year old niece by making her very own necklace and just warmed my heart with kindness. Absolutely amazing people!!

Victoria and the owner are amazing and assisted me through the display. Im overly excited how my anklet came out and the jewels on it are amazing. This is now my favorite jewelry store. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed my wife's wedding ring repaired. The diamond had become loose. Even though I did not purchase the ring at Sophie's jewelers they were more than happy to assist me with the repair. They tighten the diamond while I waited, free of charge! They also offered further assistance if the issue continues. I was truly surprised at the service I receved as I did not purchase the ring at Sophy's. I will be sure to keep them in mind for my next jewelry purchase.

Thank you so much for the beautiful, fast and thoughtful repair! The cross necklace that I wear every day needed a repair, and the jeweler made sure he got to it the same day so that I had it back on in a couple of hours. Twenty dollars to change a watch battery! The normal cost is only six or eight dollars else ware. Probably grossly overcharging for the rest of their merchandise also.
