I love supporting small businesses and have over the years enjoyed Six Sisters Boutique and purchased from this store. Unfortunately I bought a shirt on March 1st and was told by the woman who checked me out that it was a great quality shirt. I wore it once (never washed it), and from wearing it that one time the shirt significantly pilled up. I was told when I purchased it that it was final sale, but I assumed in light of the poor quality I would be given a refund, exchange, or store credit. I went to the store on March 7th to return the shirt with my receipt. The shirt was not dirty or in poor condition beyond the pilling that can be seen in the images. A different woman working called her manager, and then told me that the shirt pilling was out of their control. I asked if there was anyone else to speak with and she told me to call on Monday. I called and spoke with the store owner, Katie. Katie told me there was no way to return the shirt since I had worn it, even once, and that they stand by the brand Z Supply and no one else had complained of the issue. She said even if they have only a few complaints a year, they cannot overstep their return/refund policy even in light of my issue. I was honest and said I would be writing a review explaining my experience to which Katie commented that it was too bad $25 would bring about a negative review. I responded that I felt the same way that it was too bad that $25 would keep them from wanting to have a satisfied customer. All in all very disappointing, but I will no longer give my business to this store in light of their unwillingness to work with me on a low quality product that they stand by more so than they do their customers. I was given an email to contact Z Supply directly, so that will be my next step that I believe will doubtfully result in any change.

What a fine boutique store in NULU. Such fun things they offer. I especially love my Consula bags I purchased. I've seen the bags on Instagram and always thought they looked so well made but never bought one...till I saw an array of styles in Six Sisters...so many to choose from. Love the friendly service and the great choices in merchandise!

SOOO CUTE. I had the best shopping experience in months! The clothes are adorable for teens and adults and more. If i lived in Arkansas I would definitely go again. The service was fantastic too!! It was very well decorated and the clothes were organized so you find what you want. Every thing fit well l, witch is rare for me! If you are in town you most definitely will want to take a few minutes to at least look around.

I love this boutique in the NULU area of Louisville. Six Sisters is a great addition to the area and offers great gift options, jewelry and clothing. You can always find a trendy new item to add to your wardrobe. Something for everyone.

Pretty clothes, but very pricey.

Edit: they do offer military discounts (did not know about the social media as I was visiting and was told there were no specials) which was nice, but maybe offer specials or a little more varied selection in prices? I didn’t see a sweater under $68. I’m willing to spend a little more for a sweater I really like, but it’s disheartening when everyone I picked up was mostly $75 and up. Changed my rating based on the discount. Thank you!
