Jim took the time to review several pieces of old jewelery for insurance purposes, as well as have them fixed for us. He was extremely thorough and took the time to educate us on the pieces as he examined them. The cost of repair was fair and we received them back, fixed, much quicker than expected. Great family run business that I would absolutely use again.

Amazing experience! Very quick turn around time and reasonable price to fix my ring. One of my side stones came loose and fell out (luckily I was able to find the stone!). Brought my ring in Monday and it was ready for pick up on Wednesday!

The center stone of my wedding ring had fallen out and I was obviously emotional. As always Jim and Kathy were so kind and professional. They ordered a new stone to replace & also had to have my ring extended as I went up a couple sizes! My ring was ready faster than the expected date! My rings look brand new as they polished them beautifully! I’ve always had nothing but wonderful customer service and beautiful work done by the Sickengers over the year and will always recommend them!

They have absolutely stunning jewelry in the store that I wasn't expecting. Wonderfully surprised and loved the assistance in what I was looking for and getting me EXACTLY what I have been searching for that the "big main" jewelry stores didn't have. Got what I was looking for and will definitely be back as the prices were a definite pleasant surprise also! Staff was extremely helpful also!
