Went in to get school shoes using the salvation voucher which help cause we are low on funds and now have to pay for shipping on shoes in a different size not available in store I even had them delivered to the store and still cost me 4 dollars for each shoes since when do we have to pay for items being shipped to the store not to mention they very rarely have shoes in the price range for the voucher and only carry 1 of each size only in the shoes that is covered under the voucher. And we aren’t able to add the warranty because we’re using a voucher but they are able to add a delivery charge not to mention that the shoes are easily worn out and the sole separates from the top of shoe within 3-6 months

Selection of dress shoes really suck. Not much to select from. Very disappointed with the shoe's I purchased for a formal Christmas party. The cashier was quite flaky. With formal dances, Christmas parties and more need a better selection as well as color and from flats up to HIGH heals. I will go somewhere else for now on!!!!!

I found the quality of the men's athletic shoes to be poor. Especially the outer soles. Prices are pretty high for footwear that will not last long.
It is not my shoes that I'm not satisfied with. It is the selection in the store. Nothing in there worth buying.

I was made to feel welcome, and as soon as I walked in the door and the manager stayed with me the whole time I was there, assisted me in getting a pair of shoes. Very pleasant atmosphere. The place was clean and very tidy.

My Wheelchair Bound Handicap Mother needed Winter boots . I looked up the Hours of Shoe Sensation For Sunday And It Said they were open til 7pm. We Went there at 3pm and parked in Front . The "Open" Sign was blinking and All the lights were on With 2 employees inside.
I got my mother out of the car, and pulled her wheelchair out of the trunk. We had to walk about 50 ft down the plaza to reach a Wheelchair Accessible Ramp and when we went inside , As We got in the door i looked at the Associate behind the counter and she had a grin on her face directed toward the other Associate. As we wheeled Directly toward the winter boots, and we got to the isle where they were, the other Associate approached us and told us they have to Close the store early. I said ok when do you close? She told me they were closed Now. And that their Registers are not working.
I said ok let's go.
You know your registers are not working and are closing your store but you leave your sign on and doors unlocked until someone actually comes in to buy something you offer, then you tell them your closed.
Thats not good enough for me.
I believe wholeheartedly in supporting my local businesses over companies like Walmart, and Amazon. So In this World today, You Should appreciate EVERY SINGLE Customer that walks in like its your last. You don't have the OPTION to act ANY DIFFERENT. Because now I will get her boots from Amazon, and they will be delivered im sure before you even open your store on Monday Morning.
If your registers do not work , Ask if im paying cash and if I am , sell me the boots, Keep a upc, and ring them up the next day when they are working.
If this was my business thats exactly what I would do.
I would caution anyone buying shoes from this location to call first and make sure their Registers are working properly and that their store isn't closed.

The store employees stood at the register chatting. Looking for new shoes and there are only 1 or 2 sizes of style but then a dozen of another. One style has a certain shoe color deeply discounted but the other color is full price. I know where not to go..
