I had a great experience with Sean today. I wanted to purchase an extra band for a watch for my boyfriend and Sean was extremely patient. He switched out several different bands for me and even gave me a beautiful box to wrap the gift in. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back!

maybe they have good watches, but I bought a notebook from this company and the binding fell apart rather quickly after a few weeks of daily use. when they sent a replacement to me, which came from this store, it looks like they sent me some unsellable, defective notebook with a damaged cover, and it looks like someone spit on it! so gross, and not the kind of place I spend $30+ on a notebook at. thanks for replacing a damaged notebook with an unsightly piece of trash.

two stars instead of one because they actually responded and mailed my spit covered replacement quickly. thanks. I left the notebook in a free bin near my apartment because looking at it made me feel like I wasted $35 on paper from them.

This store has amazing staff. Walking into any Shinola store is an awesome experience as one is overwhelmed with the beauty and craftsmanship of the fantastic watches. However, the Shinola store in Wicker Park/Bucktown (Chicago, IL) has some of the kindess, most helpful, and personable staff making the experience even more outstanding. Everything about my experience as I was searching for a gift for my husband was amazing and seamless.

Had a fantastic experience here with buying my first Shinola watch. I'm very indecisive with watches and Nathan spent hours with me while we narrowed down the perfect shinola. Nathan got a feel for my taste and took a leap with showing me the Shinola Station Master which I absolutely fell in love with. I didn't even know about it until Nathan brought it up. A few weeks later I came back and got a stainless steel strap for it as well. He is extremely knowledgeable of the brand and very helpful. Because of him I am even more impressed with Shinola.

I just want to say I had the absolute best experience with this store and the manager Peter!! The manager Peter was absolutely fantastic. I was buying a watch for my boyfriend and I 1 year anniversary, it was a surprise and I live out of state from the store. I asked him if he could ship it discreetly. Peter wrapped up my gift beautifuly with a nice little bow, put a cute red envelope on the bottom saying Happy 1 Year with the receipt in the envelope, and then packaged it in a massive box with no labels and shipped it to me so my boyfriend would have no idea what was inside! My boyfriend was suspecting I was getting him a watch, but when he saw the massive box my boyfriend was clueless! Peter really went above and beyond for me. I would recommend the customer service from this store to anyone, and then also of course the craftmanship of Shinola watches to anyone as well! Thank you for all the help Peter!!
