I purchased the wrong Bible. Admittedly that is my fault and want to start this review with that statement. I came to return the Bible and they apparently no longer sell the Bible I needed. There is not a huge selection of the NASB with thumb index. Maybe 2 or 3 copies in the entire store. When inquiring about options I was consistently pointed to a sign that said no returns. Even spoke with the owner and she reiterated the same "store policy". I understand that's your stance but when someone purchases a $70 item in the store the only option I had left was buy something else in the store. There's not a large selection of Bibles in the store and most of the store is made up of different shirts and trinkets. In this day and age customer service is the only advantage someone has over an online store. I can purchase anything online and try to frequent local stores to support local business. I wouldnt have minded to pay a restocking fee if that's the case but to have such a silly stance of absolutely zero returns no matter of the situation is an archaic practice. Keeping the money in the store was more important than building a relationship with a returning customer.

I LOVE this store!!!! Can't say enough about it. Staff is very nice and try to assist you how ever they can. If you need something for yourself or others as far as Christian items this is the store for you. I'm always coming back to it, would recommend this store to anyone. I love the variety the store carries.. I also love how they treat you like family and are very helpful. This store has a peacefulness when you are there .. I could spend all day every day at Shield of Faith bookstore.. Also go check out their clothes ladies!!!
