Originally very impressed with the owner and the great customer service in helping me customize my wedding set. Since it was all custom he was in a rush to finish my band by the wedding and met with me multiple times.
Once I picked it up the set at the absolute last minute the day before the wedding, the band was not straight after being connected to the engagement ring as was noticeably tighter than before. It was dropped off to be fixed shortly after the wedding and after more than a month of waiting, the wedding band was still not on straight and looks worse than before. We now have to take it somewhere else to get fixed.

The gentleman that owns the store had the best customer service that I have ever experienced with a jeweler. He was informative and knowledgeable when it came to my piece of jewelry. He took the time to test everything on my ring and gave his honest opinion as to what we should do with pricing on our piece of jewelry. My wife and I have been to RyCo twice now, and we live about an hour from the store. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else for our jewelry needs. Steven is the best. He is so very personable and patient. We had him replace a watch battery, and then today he was amazing again, remounting a diamond in my wedding band in less than 10 minutes. He cleaned my ring to where it looks brand new. No appointment, just walked in and he took care of us right away. Thanks, Steven!

Steven is an amazing person who will take care of all your jewelry needs. Fantastic variety of products. Prices vary: as expected. Very quick turn around time, especially when your best friend is about to propose to his girlfriend and needs the ring resized as soon as possible. Steven was able to squeeze it in and get it done within a few hours. The actually process didn't take too long, but had a few things lined up before he could work on his ring. Very impressed with his customer service and understanding nature to the importance of this situation. Recommended. We were actually referred here by another local from a different store. Word of mouth really worked this time. I'm really glad it worked out. (She said yes, by the way!)
