I am writing this in hopes that other brides do not have the same experience that I have received with Rusted Window. My husband and I originally had our wedding in June 2020, but due to COVID we went ahead with our wedding as planned with immediate family only and postponed our reception to June 2021. We hired Rusted Window to provide flowers for both of these events. If you asked me after our wedding in June 2020 I would be recommending them. However this past wedding reception led to great disappointment and frustration with my experience with Rusted Window.

I had requested to have a similar bouquet to my original. I understand that you can’t make two bouquets identical, but these two bouquets looked nothing alike. We also got two “large” planters to place on top of barrels from them. These also looked nothing like the inspirational photos and what I discussed with them. After the wedding when I tried to voice my concerns with the products we received I had the worst customer service experience. After sending pictures of my bouquet and asking about the difference in size, fullness, and style of the pieces I learned that in the ‘contract’ it allows them to do whatever they would like if they don’t have what you agreed upon. We paid a lot of money and my bouquet this year was half the size of last year. The owner responded that the bouquets are much smaller and that there are several weddings this year so they don’t have the same amount of flowers like they did during COVID. After the wedding was the first time I was told about this.

We did not get the products that we talked with them about. They took no ownership in their mistake and referred every comment back to the contract that we signed. It seemed like there is no point in sending inspirational photos or discussing what you would like, because it did not turn out how we envisioned it. I don’t feel like we have been heard and since they already had our money they showed no empathy or compassion. Don’t waste your time with Rusted Window discussing with them what you want because contractually they can deliver whatever they want. Trust me they delivered what I didn’t want. The owner did share to me she normally doesn’t have to please a bride twice.

Just visited Rusted Window to find a few pieces for our remodeled bathroom. I asked for help selecting an arrangement for our bathroom countertop. They found some dried stems and offered to cut them and arrange in the vase I selected. So easy and love the choice they helped me make! Definitely recommend visiting!
I also used for some gift purchases during covid and they were a hit!

I LOVE Rusted Window! It's the sweetest boutique. They have great gifts, accessories, furniture, home decor, baby items and custom floral arrangements. I started shopping there because after my baby girl was born I received the most beautiful bouquet and gift basket full of great baby items that I actually use. I've found teacher gifts, bridal shower gifts and lots of things just for me. I had an idea for a floral arrangement for a friend and Stacy made the perfect arrangement, far better than I had imagined. Also, the flower arranging classes are so much fun!
