I had the pleasure of working with Jo Ann at this screen printing and embroidery shop for a last-minute custom koozie order for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding, and I can't express how grateful I am for the exceptional service we received. We made the unfortunate mistake of forgetting to order these special keepsakes until just a week before the big day.

Shoddy work and horrible customer service. Still don’t have the re-made items for an order originally received (defective!) in mid-December. They don’t even pretend to care that my son won’t have his apparel for Saturday. In fact, they stated that other kids on his team didn’t have theirs yet either as those also shipped today. I will be letting all of his teams know about this experience. The items never last long, and are often very unprofessional looking, but this is a new low.

Abysmal customer service. The owner won’t even return a call or come to the phone. Her shop assistant is rude and uncaring. The place isn’t handicap accessible, which Is horrible in 2023. I’d rather pay twice as much and have a quality product and capable customer service.

Would be helpful if business hours were updated. Received message that my order was ready and drove 30 minutes only to find that they close 3 hours earlier than posted. Wish they would have sent new hours before I wasted a trip. Staff was very responsive to situation and mailed product swiftly.
